Marcela Basteri is a freelance fashion designer and illustrator based in London. She is best known for her line of handbag designs, including the iconic ‘Eclipse’. Her handbags are made from recycle materials using a traditional quilting technique, which gives each piece a unique personality and character. Marcela Basteri is available for anything.

Marcela was born in 1983 in the city of Milan, Italy. She studied fashion /t_n-z3pijee design at the university of Milano-Bicocca. Since 2006 she’s been working as a model and she has worked with some famous designers like Chanel, Moschino, Zara, Etro, Dolce & Gabbana.
